How soon can I start?

 All clients can start their meal plan once they’re enrolled.

How long do meals last?

Our meals are all natural, free of preservatives and are on your doorstep within hours of being cooked. Our daily meals will last a maximum of 3 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen.

How do I heat my meals?

All of our meals come in BPA-free microwaveable container.

The recommended microwave heating time is about 1.5 - 2 minutes.

You can also always reheat on a stovetop and re plate them if you like.

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes they can! We recommend freezing them immediately upon receiving if your not planning on eating them with in 3 days

Do you have organic and gluten free meals?

Yes we do! All of our are meals are organic and mostly gluten free.

For clients with severe gluten intolerances, we will be sure to exclude all items that may contain gluten

Are they low in sodium?

Our meals are very low in sodium. We only use moderate amounts of pink himalyan salt. This makes our meal plans perfect for those with high blood pressure. Please make sure to contact your healthcare physician before making any decisions regarding your diet.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes

$10 for regular twice a week delivery.

$25 for VIP daily delivery.

What time do deliveries arrive?

All deliveries will arrive between 5pm - 9pm.

Do you have a pick up locations for the meals?

Yes! We have two pick up locations:

Bforce Fitness located at 6992 sw 47st Miami,Florida 33155

Sparn Detox located at 14399 SW 143rd Ct Unit F-6, Miami, FL 33186

How does billing work? 

Spar'N Meals is a subscription service. You can cancel, pause or skip a payment at anytime by simply calling or emailing us.

How do I pause or skip a delivery if I’m going out town?

Simply log into your account and select skip payment or pause

(You must do this the week prior to your billing cycle by 12pm)

What are the payment options?

We accept Shop Pay and Apple Pay as well as all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What is the cancellation policy?

There is no cancellation policy.

Simply log into your account and cancel your account.
